Rinchi Agarwal is a passionate science educator with a strong academic background in Biotechnology and Education, and extensive experience in inquiry-based learning and the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). With a commitment to making science engaging, meaningful, and accessible, she strives to foster curiosity, critical thinking, and a spirit of exploration among students.
Her teaching experience includes facilitating Biology and Integrated Sciences for IB MYP students in Grades 9 and 10, designing formative and summative assessments, preparing students for IB e-assessments, and supervising Personal Projects. She is dedicated to creating inclusive, student-centred learning environments that encourage independent thinking, practical application, and interdisciplinary connections.

Completed dissertation research at the Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing Department of Surat Raktadan Kendra and Research Centre. The research focused on Nucleic Acid Amplification Testing (NAT) of Blood Donors for HBV, HCV and HIV, exploring the application of molecular testing techniques in blood screening.
